Leadership Farm

A structured and meticulous project that enables young people to discover their innate potential for effective leadership within their circle of influence. It empowers and enables participants to lead themselves to greatness and adequately prepares them to lead others effectively. Mostly conducted in schools through 1-hour a week sessions. During the sessions, participants are guided through critical, practical and fun concepts that will support them to find their essence in life and develop strategies for its achievement.

Leadership Farm Summer Camps/Travels

A 1-week self and purpose discovery summer camp for upper primary, junior high, senior high, and university-bound young people between ages 6-20. At the end of every academic year, hundreds of emerging student leaders from across the country are camped to be groomed in the art of leadership and soft skills and statesmanship. In addition there is a travel component to expose these young people to global competencies.

CR8TIFF Business Plan Competition

The purpose of the CR8TIFF Business Plan Competition is to instil a culture of problem-solving and critical thinking among young people. It supports the most innovative business ideas developed by students from around the country to solve social problems.

Money University

This project aims to educate young people between the ages of 6 and 18 about money and inculcate a habit of savings and investments. Through games, role play and seminar-style lectures, young people will learn the basics of money, personal finance, investment and savings.

Learning-to-Learn

We equip students with the skills to study more effectively, and in the process, be able to comprehend, recall and defend their opinions. This project aims at preparing students who are lifelong learners, competent and can fit in any workspace.

Teens Hangout

Many young adults are conflicted in areas of school, friends, parents, dating and sex, addictions and self-worth especially as they transition to boarding schools and receive tertiary education. The decisions they make regarding these areas oftentimes determine the level of success they will each attain in life. With this in mind, this project provides young people with the tools to answer some of life’s most challenging questions as they prepare for the various stages of their lives.

WorkReady

The world of work is changing at an alarming rate, plunging young people into a future that they’re not prepared for. Most of what our young people are being taught today will not be needed in 5-10 years’ time. How do young people navigate this turbulent change? This project empowers Junior High, Senior High and tertiary graduates with the skills, competencies and mindsets needed to excel in the AI economy. This is done through physical and virtual internships, 3-day school leavers fairs, and career guidance and counselling sessions.

School Prefects Training/ Tertiary Education Leadership Project

Every year school prefects and tertiary student leaders are elected to lead various offices in schools without often understanding what is required of them to excel in these roles. This project seeks to develop student leaders’ leadership potential and develop transferable skills that will serve them well as prefects and executives in school and beyond.

Teacher Transformation Project

Teacher Transformation Project seeks to equip teachers to enable them fulfill their original and true role in the life of students – light a fire and see to the full realization of the greatness of each child. The teachers are supported in three key thematic areas: Personal Mastery, Professional Growth, and Personal Finance.

Leadership for Educationists Project (LEAP)

As John Maxwell notes in the Law of the Lid, no school can rise above the leadership capability of its leaders. Oftentimes, we promote people based on their technical and not leadership and managerial competencies, leaving a great gap and discontentment on the part of supervisors as well at the Principals. The objective of this project is to equip Principals/Heads of schools in leadership and soft skills. This will develop their person and in the process grow their schools.

SchoolGrow

The development of a strategic direction and growth of a school is one of our passions. We provide strategic blueprints for the growth of schools, including the development of broad implementation framework to translate vision to reality. Under this broad framework is a special emphasis on the Directors of the school using several frameworks and approaches to hone their leadership capabilities.
