LeadAfrique International was birthed in 2014 to cultivate a new generation of creative and responsive leaders for Africa, enabling people to live purposeful, fearless, limitless, powerful and fulfilled lives. LeadAfrique International is an impressive non-profit organisation that is passionate about cultivating responsive leaders from the ground up. Our focus now is on enabling young people and corporate professionals to build their greatness through our Leadership Farm concept. Unlike other similar companies, LeadAfrique is obsessed with helping young people to find their voice and then working with them to plan its realization.
Our Theory of Change
LeadAfrique’s Theory of Change is that if we enable people (young and old) to discover why they are on earth and have a plan to live it, they will lead themselves better and achieve personal and corporate success. His signature approach fuses purpose, faith, and clarity with strategic tools to build leaders who are equipped not just to succeed but to transform communities.
Michael is a respected speaker and facilitator, known for his depth, humility, and clarity of message. He has delivered keynote addresses and training sessions for educators, NGOs, corporate teams, church leaders, and government bodies across Ghana and beyond. Whether in a school hall or on a policy stage, Michael ignites purpose, provokes reflection, and mobilizes action.

Ama Serwah Nerquaye-Tetteh is a seasoned educational leader, governance expert, and gender advocate with over 25 years of experience shaping education policy and institutional strategy across Africa. Her rare blend of classroom, policy, and multilateral experience makes her a strong strategic fit for LeadAfrique’s growth agenda.
As Deputy Director-General of the Institute for Educational Planning and Administration (IEPA), a UNESCO Category II Centre, Ama leads capacity-building across West Africa. Her core strengths include:

Arnold Parker
Executive Director and Consultant for Digital Payments and Financial Inclusion
Arnold Parker is a visionary financial sector leader with over two decades of experience steering inclusive finance, digital transformation, and institutional growth across Ghana and the African region.
Known for his calm authority, strategic depth, and results-oriented leadership, Arnold brings a rare balance of technical banking acumen and people-first innovation. He currently consults for the United Nations Capital Development Funds (UNCDF) Digital Payments and Financial Inclusion projects.
As the former Chief Executive Officer of Letshego Ghana Savings and Loans, he transformed the company from a modest financial player into one of Ghana’s most resilient, deposit-taking institutions, quadrupling its footprint and client base while reinforcing operational integrity. His leadership was marked by deliberate strategies in market expansion, customer inclusion, and risk-balanced innovation.
Arnold is highly regarded for his intuitive understanding of complex financial systems, his deep respect for people and process, and his principled approach to governance. He is a collaborative board contributor, skilled at harmonizing diverse perspectives and aligning stakeholders around measurable value.
He is particularly passionate about financial inclusion, youth-focused economic systems, and Africa’s potential to leapfrog legacy structures through digital innovation. Kezia P. M. Kenneth Azumah
Legal Professional
Kezia P. M. Kenneth Azumah is a distinguished legal professional with over a decade of experience in various fields of law, including civil and criminal litigation, family law, and alternative dispute resolution. As the Lead at Citadel Legal Consult and a former Partner at Light Associates Unlimited, Kezia has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic decision-making skills. Her extensive legal expertise, combined with a passion for social justice and advocacy, has made her a respected figure in the legal community.
Fluent in English and proficient in several Ghanaian languages, Kezia excels in communication and has a proven track record in advocating for women's and children's rights. Her commitment to continuous learning is reflected in her pursuit of an LLM in Alternative Dispute Resolution and her active involvement in legal education as a facilitator and resource person at various institutions, including the Africa Centre for Collaborative Dispute Resolution and the Institute of Paralegal Training and Leadership Studies.
Kezia's dedication to effecting lasting change is further evidenced by her work in public education on legal issues, particularly those related to domestic violence and women's rights. Her ability to manage multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with her strong organizational skills, makes her an invaluable asset in any legal setting.
Dr. Promise Emmanuel Sefogah
Medical Consultant & Researcher
Dr. Promise Emmanuel Sefogah graduated with the Class of 2004 from the University of Ghana Medical School. He pursued his postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Ghana College of Physicians & Surgeons, and the West African College of Surgeons from where he obtained his fellowship.
During his Public Health training at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, University of London, Dr. Sefogah was elected Vice Chair of the Students’ Representative Council and contributed to decisions at the School Management Board, and represented student's views at the national regulatory levels for the United Kingdom. He received additional specialized training in Belgium, Vancouver, Yale and was recently named among 26 global Young Physician Leaders at the World Health Summit in Berlin.
He consults for UNICEF, WHO and contributed to global discussions on Universal Health Coverage at the Academy of Medical Sciences, UK. He is currently a Senior Lecturer in the University of Ghana Medical School, a researcher and a Consultant Obstetrician Gynaecologist at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital. He is an adjunct Lecturer at the Family Health Medical School and Examiner for the Nursing & Midwifery Council, and a founding Faculty in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons.
Dr Sefogah has contributed significantly to the profession through his illustrious dedicated efforts at regulating medical training and professional practice at the Medical & Dental Council of Ghana, currently the Deputy Coordinator of Examinations for foreign-trained Medical and Dental Practitioners, Specialists, and Physician Assistants at the Council. He continues to contribute extensively to public health and advocacy through extensive mass and social media health education engagements with global audience. His research has focused on reproductive endocrinology and infertility, assisted reproductive technology, mental health & infertility, reproductive healthcare financing, ethics, law and regulation of assisted reproductive technology in Ghana among others. Dr Sefogah is the Co-Founder and Executive Medical Director of SHAPE Healthcare Specialist Medical Center in Accra.
